Over the last few years, his exposure in the US, including a mobile exhibition of captivating pieces of sculpture has broadened his appeal and reputation.
Focusing on sculptures of the dead in memory of the victims of the Trans Atlantic Slave trade, his work has struck a deep chord amongst students, historians and supporters of the Black Lives Matter movement.
